The term "Maas Passenger," which stands for "Meet and Assist Service Passenger," refers to individuals who require special assistance upon their arrival at an airport. This service is designed for passengers with reduced mobility, elderly travelers, or those who may need additional support navigating through the terminal or connecting with ground transportation. The assistance can include help with baggage, navigating through customs, or making connections to further travel.

In this context, the other terms do not address the need for assistance directly. A "Landing Passenger" generally refers to any passenger disembarking from a flight, without any implication of needing help. "Misconnection" indicates a situation where a passenger misses a connecting flight, which does not inherently relate to needing assistance upon arrival. "Involuntary Re-routing" pertains to a situation where a passenger is redirected to a different flight or route against their will, and again does not specifically imply assistance needs.
